How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while priority mail shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Please note that we ship both within and outside the US, so delivery may take up to 10 days depending on your location and the shipping option selected.


Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number after your purchase, so you can track your package.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our chat box on the website or email us at contact@marianelaexclusiveshop.com. However, please note that no changes can’t be made once the order has been shipped.

What do I do if I never receive my order?
If you have not received your order, please check the status of your tracking number to locate your package. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact the USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).

What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with images of the damaged item and packing slip at contact@marianelaexclusiveshop.com.

What is your return policy? 
At Marianela Exclusive Shop, we want you to cherish your purchases. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we now offer a 7-day return window for your convenience. Please see our terms and conditions for more details click here


How much does shipping options?
Shipping is free with USPS carrier, no minimum purchase required. We also offer priority mail shipping, just select it at checkout and pay the additional shipping fees.


Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. However, you can subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know if we decide to do so in the future.

I'm allergic to fake jewelry, is your jewelry safe to wear? 
Yes, all of our products are completely safe, sterilized, and contain no harsh chemicals or dyes. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel and lead-free.


My skin is sensitive, will I have issues? 
While our items are hypoallergenic and our customers have not reported any sensitivity concerns, we cannot guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction. If you are concerned, please read the product description before placing your order. If you do have a reaction, please stop using the product immediately.

Is your jewelry real? 
Product materials are listed on our website under each item. Most of our items are 925 Sterling Silver, Gold-filled, 18k Gold/Silver plated, and Stainless Steel with Cubic Zirconia and/or Moissanite gems. 

How do I care for my jewelry?  
To maintain its quality and color, avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry, secure, and airtight place between wears. Clean your jewelry lightly with a cloth to keep it as good as new. For more detailed care tips, please visit our Jewelry Care page.
